We started creating our own perfect brownie recipe during lockdown, testing different recipes, variations and ingredients until we finally made something so delicious, full of flavour and fudge goodness that we just had to put our name on it.

We began selling our brownies through another part time business venture with family (Alfie’s Burgers & Brownies) and after the continued tremendous reviews, requests for events, weddings and gifts we finally took the leap to sell online!

Well, what makes us different in an overcrowded market? We don’t over decorate, overload or overstuff our brownies, we believe they are simply great tasting and moreish all on their own and really do speak for themselves. Not to mention that each tray is lovingly handmade to order in London, shipping across the United Kingdom.
